In his speech at the rally marking the 95th anniversary of the founding of the CPC on July 1, Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out China advocates for the mentality of a community of man's shared destiny, and stands against the Cold War mentality and zero-sum games. He emphasized that China is striving to make the world a garden of diversity, which symbolizes China's view of international order.

According to the speech, it is the call of our time to build a community of shared destiny. Xi Jinping noted people worldwide are better positioned than ever to move towards the common goal of peace and development. The 21st century is an era of peaceful development for the world community.

Furthermore, this is a call to establisha new international order. President Xi suggests the best international order and global governance will not  be decided by one or two powers, but by the people of all countries instead. After all, there are nearly 200 countries in the world, so global issues shall be discussed and addressed by all. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a community of our shared destiny by abandoning zero-sum mentality, respecting the right of each country to choose different development paths, maintaining international justice, and opposing bullying and interference in the internal affairs of other countries.

This goal is also a declaration of China's international responsibility. As a rapidly developing country, China needs to display its responsibility for the international community. China's constant contribution in safeguarding world peace, global development and international order, shows its willingness to expand  shared interests of all countries and promote win-win cooperation based on a new form of international relations, so as to form an international community of shared destiny and interests.

President Xi's proposal speaks to the consensus among peoples of all countries for establishing a garden of diversity in the near future.
