After ‘Master Bahini’, members of two other forest robber gangs-‘Majnu Bahini’ and ‘Eillias Bahini’- surrendered to Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal along with their arms and ammunition at BFDC jetty in Mongla of Bagerhat, reports UNB. The gang members deposited 25 firearms and 1000 rounds of bullet. The firearms included 11 foreign one-barrel guns, three two-barrel guns, two air rifles, three shooter guns, five shutter guns, a revolver, said Lt Col Faridul Alam, commanding officer of Rab-8. The 11 members of the two gags are Majnu Gazi, son of Amir Ali Gazi of Daulatpur of Khulna city and chief of ‘Majnu Bahini’, his associates Babul Hasan, Md Jahangir Hossain Rahmat, Md Idris Ali, Ismail Hossain, Majnu Sheikh, Md Rabiul Islam, Md Abul Kalam Azad, Md Enamul Haque and Md Ellias, son of Bakkar Gazi of Moheshwaripur village of Koyra upazila in Khulna and chief of ‘Ellias Bahini’ and his associate Md Nasir Hossian.
