RANGPUR: A minor boy was killed in a road accident at Darul Ulum Mour in Syedpur upazila town in Nilphamari district yesterday, police said, reports BSS. The deceased was identified as Masum, 6, son of Feroz Hossain of the same area. The accident occurred when a battery-run auto rickshaw ran over Masum injuring critically while he was playing in front of his house. The local people immediately rushed him to Syedpur Hospital. Later he was shifted to Rangpur Medical College Hospital (RpMCH) as his condition deteriorated further.
