Popular actors Safa Kabir, Emon and Urmila Srabanti Kar (from left in photo) have acted together for the first time in their career in an Eid special tele-drama titled ‘Bicycle Bhalobasha’, written by Naznin Hasan Chumki and directed by Rasel Sikdar. The shooting of the tele-drama was recently completed. Popular actor Rawnak Hasan acted in a guest role in this tele-drama. Emon said about the tele-drama, “This Eid I have acted in some very good tele-dramas and telefilms. This is my first work with Urmila. With Safa, this is my first work in a tele-drama. I feel that some great work has been done. I had a great time with two of them as my co-artistes.”
Urmila Srabanti Kar said, “I knew Emon from before. However, we never worked together. All of us tried to present some good work. The story is very enjoyable and different and that is why I feel the viewers will appreciate it and enjoy it.”
Safa Kabir said, “Both my co-artistes are great and I have always been very fond of them. It was a pleasure working with him in this tele-drama.” For the occasion of upcoming Eid, Urmila Srabanti Kar has worked under the direction of Ejaj Munna, Goutam Kouri, Koushik Sankar Das and other directors. Emon has also worked in various tele-dramas and telefilms for Eid as did Safa Kabir, who stated that in each of the tele-drama he acted in, he tried to portray a change in his getup and costume.
‘Bicycle Bhalobasha’ will be aired during Eid on Banglavision.
