The Three Variant Chicken Dish

Restaurants these days are going for authenticity in food and cuisines in order to target specific customer segment and it’s a good strategy to go with. People look for authentic foreign cuisines along with the whole experience. So, the specialized eateries offering foreign cuisines can do very well if they play their cards right and such an example is the Mysore Dosa.
Mysore Dosa specializes in Indian cuisine and to be more specific, the South-Indian cuisine. One of the house specialties is the Chuck Indigo. It’s a dish combining three variants of chicken. Cubed chicken salami, chicken sausage and boiled chicken are mixed with bell peppers and on the other hand, Indian Balti masala is mixed with Idli batter. Then the two mixtures are combined and the chicken is cooked as the stuffing in the crispy balls of stuffed Idli. The combination of three types of chicken in the Idli is something new, exciting and not to mention, really tasty. The dish is served with shambar and different types of chutneys. Mysore Dosa manages to execute the dish perfectly.
The interior décor of Mysore Dosa speaks simplicity and elegance. Numerous spices displayed in small jars along with the pictures of Mysore City will remind you of the spicy South-Indian cuisine and their great culture.
