Civil society members in Comilla yesterday demanded that the report of the 2nd autopsy conducted on the body of Comilla Victoria College student Sohagi Jahan Tonu be made public soon to put the killers on trial, reports UNB.
The demand came from a human chain programme formed in front of the Town Hall at Kandirpar here in the afternoon.
Speakers said there have been complexities in ascertaining the reason behind the death of the college and girl and identifying her killers as the authorities concerned are dillydallying in publishing the 2nd autopsy report.
They also demanded action against Dr Sharmin Sultana who conducted the 1st autopsy on Tonu which did not find any rape evidence.
