Within only three-month time, prominent theatre troupe Prangane Mor is going to bring yet another brand new play on the stage. With the staging of its new play ‘Bibadi Sargam’ today, the troupe now has the credit of staging three new plays in a row in three months.
DhakaLive has news that Prangane Mor’s 11th production titled ‘Bibadi Sargam’ will be staged today at 7pm at the National Theatre Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy at Segun Bagicha in the city.
Written and directed by Shishir Rahman, in the light of anti-British Movement, the play is about the attack on Kolkata Writers’ Building by three heroes of Bangla, Senani Binay, Badal and Dinesh.
The probable casts of the play are Ramiz Raju, Mainul Tawheed, Bandhu Tuhin, Rigan Sogah Ratna, Shubheccha Rahman, Sabuktageen Shubho, Litu Roy, Ahmed Sujan, Chaitali Chaiti, Rahul, Niranjan Niru, Sujan Gupta, Preeti, Mahmudul Hasan, Sohag Rahman, Swadhin Arush, Nupur, Mithun, Urmil, Mousumi Mou, Parash and Badhan Sarkar.
To note, earlier on February 12, Prangane Mor brought their new play ‘Ami O Rabindranath’ to the stage, while yet another brand new play titled ‘Condemn Cell’, written by Ananta Hira and directed by Awal Reza, was staged on April 1.
