To mark the 12th founding anniversary of Galleri Kaya, a two-week exclusive group exhibition titled ‘12th Anniversary Exhibition’ by 28 modern artists will begin tomorrow on its Uttara premises. Executive Chairman of Board of Investment Dr SA Samad will inaugurate the exhibition tomorrow, along with Chairman of ADN Group Asif Mahmood and eminent art critic Moinuddin Khaled.
The exhibition will showcase a selection of total 45 works done in oil, acrylic, pastel, charcoal, pen, indigenous pigment, etching, lithography, woodcut, watercolour and mixed medium.
The participating artists are Abdus Shakoor Shah, Aminul Islam, Ashraful Hasan, Chandra Shekhar Dey, Debdas Chakraborty, Hamiduzzaman Khan, Hashem Khan, Hashi Chakraborty, Kalidas Karmakar, Kamaluddin, Kazi Rakib, K M A Quayyum, Mahmudul Haque, Masuda Kazi, Mohammad Iqbal, Mohammad Kibria, Monirul Islam, Murtaja Baseer, Nagarbasi Barman, Qayyum Chowdhury, Rafiqun Nabi, Ranjit Das, Rashid Choudhury, Ratan Mojumder, Samarjit Roy Choudhury, Shambhu Acharya, Shishir Bhattacharjee and SM Sultan
The exhibition will remain open to all every day from 11am to 8pm, until May 28.
