Lutfor Morol, 75, an alleged war criminal from Jessore, died of cardiac arrest yesterday morning at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), reports BSS. Lutfor was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday after he fell in jail, the prosecution office of the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) told BSS. The ICT-1 on December 23, 2015, indicted Lutfor along with his eight cohorts including former lawmaker Mawlana Sakhawat Hossain, framing five charges of crimes against humanity.
