Principal of Manikganj Government Devendra College Dr Iquebal Moyeej was assaulted by some students on the college premises yesterday. Sayedur Rahman, assistant professor of Bangla of the college, said when the principal was visiting the class rooms with Professor Bashir Uddin, head of Islamic History, at 10:30 am, they found some students singing lying on benches of class room no. 130 during class-time.
