Benapole: Police arrested an alleged criminal along with one pipe-gun and two rounds of bullets from the Nagorghop High School premises in Manirampur upazila of Jessore on Sunday night, reports UNB.
Sub-inspector of Manirampur Police Station Jahangir Alam said tipped off, a team of police conducted a drive in the area and arrested Sher Ali when he along with his associates was staying there at about 11:00 pm.
Sensing the presence of the law enforcers the associates of Sher Ali fled the scene.
The law enforcers also recovered one pipe-gun and two rounds of bullets from his possession.
