On the occasion of upcoming Pahela Baishakh, a special fashion show titled ‘Fashion Udyog Baishakhi Fashion Show 1423’, organised by Fashion Entrepreneur’s Association of Bangladesh, was held on Saturday at the National Art Plaza of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. Besides, popular band troupe Joler Gaan performed music at the programme. Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor attended the show as chief guest, while popular actor Afzal Hossain and FBCCI president Abdul Matlub Ahmad were present as special guests. A number of prominent fashion and boutique houses of the country, including Nipun, Kay-kraft, Anjan’s, Rang, AB Fashion, M Craft, Sadakalo, Bibiana, Deshal, Nagordola and Tangail Saree Kutir Ltd showcased their Baishakhi attires at the fashion show.
