The World Health Day-2016 was observed across the country with elaborate programmes yesterday, reports BSS. President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina issued separate messages on the occasion. The theme of the day was “Make health choice every day, keep diabetes at bay”. Marking the day, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services and various non-government organisations working in the sector chalked out elaborate programmes.
