A motorcyclist was killed when a human hauler nocked down him at Shantala on the outskirts of Jessore district town yesterday.
Police said a Churamonkathi-bound  human hauler hit Osman Mandal, 60, a rice trader and resident of Shantala area, while he was crossing the road at about 10 am, leaving him injured. Later he was rushed to Jessore Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
