Tigers to wear new jersey at World T20

Meghna Group of Industries Limited (MGIL), the official Bangladesh team sponsor for the ICC World T20 2016, handed over the newly-made jersey to the World T20-bound Bangladesh team at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) on Sunday.
MGIL, one of the biggest and leading conglomerates of the country, earned the rights by a staggering amount of Tk 9 crore. They hosted an event to celebrate the handover of the Bangladesh team’s new jerseys for ICC World Twenty20, the logo of their sponsor Fresh, the flagship brand of the sponsor company.
Tahmina Mustafa, director of Meghna Group of Industries Limited (MGIL), handed over the Fresh-branded jerseys to Bangladesh T20 captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza.
Team Manager Khaled Mahmud Sujon, Asif Iqbal, executive director (marketing) of the MGIL and Ziauddin Adil, managing director of ‘Top of Mind’ were also present.
“Fresh is a unique brand in Bangladesh. Like Fresh, we hope for the success of Tigers in the upcoming World T20,” said Tahmina Mustafa.
“Following the success of the last few years, the Tigers will fight in World T20 with fresh and brave outlook. And this indomitable spirit will spread to every corner of Bangladesh,” Asif Iqbal told in his reaction.
