A weeklong group art exhibition titled ‘Gregarious Harmony’ is currently on display at the Zainul Gallery, Faculty of Fine Art, University of Dhaka (DU). Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon inaugurated the exhibition on January 31 as chief guest, while novelist and PEN International Bangladesh president Farida Hossain and senior vice president Masud Ahmed were present as special guests.
The participating artists are— Associate professor Abdul Aziz and assistant professor Harun-ar-Rashid from Faculty of Fine Arts, DU; lecturer Tarana Halim, Suma Debi Mondal and Shibananda Adhikary Biplob from Faculty of design and Technology, Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology and freelance artists Deepa Islam and Shaktipada Halder.
The exhibition is open to all everyday from 10am to 8pm, until February 6.
