At least 47 people have been sued for attacking Bangladesh Border Guard (BGB) men on Zululi Border in Moheshpur upazila. Shishir Kumar Chakrabarti, a non-commissioned office at Zululi camp, filed the case with Moheshpur Police Station on Sunday night. Investigating officer of the case sub- inspector Farid said former member of Shamanta union parishad Mohi Uddin is the main accused in the case. Moheshpur police officer-in-charge Shahidul Islam Shahin said a case has been filed for attacking BGB men. Of the accused 12 have been identified accuses identities and unidentified 30/35 accuses. A cattle trader identified as Rafiqul Islam, 35, of Matila village, was gunned down by BGB personnel along Matila frontier in Moheshpur upazila on January 30 night. The BGB teams, while patrolling the border area in the evening, found a group of cattle traders entering the country from neighbouring India with illegal cattle.
