Amari introduces new menu

Amaya, Amari’s all day dinning signature restaurant known for presenting a grand treat for gourmet lovers, has newly introduced their A la carte menu with a discount of 20% as an opening offer both for lunch and dinner at the Amaya food gallery along with the regular dinner buffet. Well-crafted by the executive chef Krisna and team, Amaya’s new a la carte menu has been designed to for guests to enhance their culinary experience. The chef will welcome all the guests with the combination of Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Thai and International styles of cooking. The foods will be freshly made by the chefs, whose origins are from Thailand and India. Moreover, some of the ingredients are imported from a particular country and area.
A customer may choose their own cuisines. From Japanese part guest can indulge with fresh salmon and tuna, serve onto sushi or grill fish with teriyaki sauce, all made by Amaya’s experienced Japanese chef. Dim sum will also be available for the guests. From the Thai section, there is a combination of Lemon grass, Lime leaf and galangal. The combination of Spiced, marination on Indian cuisine tandoori dish from the Indian corner,  paneer pour with masala gravy in it, alongside the choice of types of Naan fresh from the oven will be available as well.  Chinese section includes special sea bass, Chinese style Grilled Caramelize fish, Five Spiced Roasted Duck Breast and many more.
International section will add a special attraction in the menu. Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, Barramundi Meuniere, Lobster Thermidor and many more dishes. Special dessert selection would be there along with this menu. The dinner buffet is also available at BDT 2500++. Amaya is open seven days a week. A la carte lunch is offered daily from 12:30 am to 3:30 pm and dinner from 6:30pm to 11.00 pm. For reservations, one may call at 01777796444.
