Production of bricks in environment-friendly ‘Prio Auto Bricks’ was inaugurated in Daulatkhan upazila of the district on Friday.
Joynul Hoque Sikder, Chairman of National Bank Limited, inaugurated the brick kiln in Boxakhali area of the upazila as the chief guest.
Commerce Minister Tofail Ahamed, Beximco Group Vice-chairman Salman F Rahman, Golam Azam MP and Prio Bricks’ Managing Director Moinul Islam were also present.
On the occasion, speakers hoped that the hi-tech brick
kiln will ensure pollution-free brick production.
