Three people died of heat stroke yesterday at Bashail in Narsingdi town. Five others have also been hospitalised. The deceased were identified as Abdul Hye, 58, a furniture trader in Narsingdi town and an inhabitant of  Shadharchar village in Shibpur upazila, Mazharul Islam, 26, of Mazlishpur village in the same upazila and Abdur Rashid, 52, of Satirpara area in Narsingdi town. Abdul Hye died of a heat stroke near his house after he fell sick on his way at about 1.00 pm. Local people sent him to Narsingdi Zila Hospital where attending doctor declared him dead. Mazharul and Rashid fell sick at about 12.30 pm near their houses and fell down on the ground. They were sent to hospital where attending doctor declared them dead.
