Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid has called upon the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) and its member states to design future education for grooming up the new generation as the responsible international citizens, reports BSS from Azerbaijan.
“The education system which along with making the learners skilled manpower also improve their moral values to become a good human being,” he said while speaking at the 12th session of the general conference of ISESCO in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan on Thursday. The education minister lauded the strategy of close cooperation among the ISESCO member states in removing misunderstanding among the nations,
religions, cultures and ideology.
Earlier in the morning , Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev inaugurated the two day meet that ends today. ISESCO Director General Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri also addressed the inaugural function.
The conference is being attended by ministers and senior officials of the ISESCO member states, various UN and international agencies. Nahid is leading the Bangladesh delegation in the conference.
