A young man was strangulated to death by unidentified criminals at Munibpur village in Pabna Sadar upazila yesterday morning, reports UNB.
Identity of the deceased was could not be known immediately.
Sub-inspector of Sadar police station Abdus Salam said local people spotted the body of the man, aged
about 22, in the area at about 8:30 am and informed police.
Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Pabna Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
Police suspected that criminals might have strangled the young man over previous enmity, the SI added.
