Comilla: Five people were killed in a head-on collision between a truck and a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Fatehpur in Laksam upazila yesterday, reports UNB. OC of Laksam police Monwar Hossain said the accident took place when a truck collided  with the auto-rickshaw at 7am, leaving Jasimuddin, 30,  and Mohsena, 35, driver and passenger of the auto and pedestrian Kalam, 35, dead and three passengers  injured on the spot. Later, the injured were taken to Laksam Health Complex where Rozina, 22 and Nasreen, 24, died.
