Dr Kamal Hossain led Gono Fourm has expelled four of its central leaders, including two organizing secretaries, for violation of organizational discipline and alleged involvement in anti-organizational activities.

The four leaders who were expelled are — organizing secretaries Advocate Helal Uddin and Latiful Bari Hamim, Publicity and Publication Affairs Secretary Khan Siddiqur Rahman and Expatriate Welfare Secretary Abdul Hasib Chowdhury.

“They have been expelled for continuous violation of organizational discipline and their involvement in anti-organizational activities,” said a press release issued yesterday by the party’s Joint Secretary Mostaque Ahmed. The leaders were served show cause notices over their alleged violation of organizational discipline but they did not give any reply.
