To the delight of the fans of Aurthohin, the popular band will be back once again on the scene with a brand new album, expected to be released sometime next year. After a hiatus of four long years, the new album, titled ‘Cancer er Nishikabbo’ will reach the eager and enthusiastic music lovers, informed the band’s member Sumon.
Sumon has been battling the life threatening disease for a while now. He went under the operating table 12 times. On November 12, after a surgery on his right leg, his condition has somewhat improved. In the album, Sumon will sing to express his experiences with his personal battle against cancer.
To note, Aurthohin’s last album was titled ‘Oshamapto Two’. The band’s other notable albums are ‘Trimatrik’, ‘Bibortan’, ‘Notun Din er Michile’, ‘Dhrubok’, ‘Oshamapto’, followed by ‘Oshamapto Two’. l
