The Champions League Football will start from November 24 with eight teams taking part in the second tire of the Bangladesh Premier Football League. The logo unveiling and an one year agreement was signed of the Champions League with the Minister Freeze has become the title sponsor of the competition. Apart from the title sponsors, Progoti Life Insurance, Eastern Bang Limited are also the co-sponsors of the league. The logo unveiling ceremony of the league was also held yesterday at the BFF Bhaban in the capital.
This time also, foreign players are not allowed to play in the champions league. The top team of the league will be promoted ton the Bangladesh Premier League and the bottom side will be relegated. The league committee of the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) will be strict about fixed match, the chairman of the league committee and the senior-vice-president Abdus Salam Murshedi of the BFF said in the press conference yesterday.
