Professor Dr Molla Obaedullah Baki and SM Abdur Rahman have been elected as president and secretary general respectively for the new 22-member executive committee (2015-17) of Bangladesh Cancer Society, reports BSS. The Vice Presidents of the new committee are Sultan Mahmudur Rahman and Professor Dr Sheikh Golam Mostofa, while Treasurer Dr M Shahid Hossain, joint secretary general Golam Mohiudin Faruk and organizing secretary M Khorshed Alam. Other secretaries of the committee are - Qazi Monjur Quader, Khurshid Jahan Moula and Syeda Firoza Begum, a press release said yesterday.
