Passing out parade marking the induction of B/2019 batch of 783 New Entry Sailors of Bangladesh Navy was held at BNS Titumir parade Ground at Khalishpur in the city yesterday.

Navy Chief Admiral Aurangzeb Chowdhury attended the ceremony as chief guest.

The chief guest congratulated all the new entry sailors of B/2019 batch for their outstanding performance in the service related to national security and prosperity. The chief guest said short and mid-term plan has been taken to be turned Bangladesh Navy as a dimension force globally by 2030.

He called upon them to build up themselves worthy sailors implementing the education in future professional life which they acquired from the sailors school.He distributed ‘Noubahini Pradhan Padak’, ‘Kamkhul Padak’ and  ‘Titumir Padak’  to the three new entry sailors for their outstanding performances.
