President of the Marshall Islands Hilda C Heine yesterday phoned Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and exchanged pleasantries.

Hilda Heine made the phone call to the Prime Minister at noon and exchanged greetings, said PM's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim. He said Hilda Heine wished continued peace, progress and prosperity of the people of Bangladesh. The Prime Minister also wished peace, progress and prosperity of the people of the Marshall Islands, the press secretary said.
