Law Minister Anisul Huq yesterday said the International Labour Organization (ILO) has assured Bangladesh of providing all-out cooperation in enhancing the work atmosphere here. He came up with the information while talking to reporters after a meeting with ILO Country Director for Bangladesh Tuomo Poutiainen at the Secretariat. The issue of strengthening the existing friendly relations with the ILO, which is going to celebrate its centenary of the founding this year, came up for discussion at the meeting, the minister said. Replying to a query, he said they need all kinds of assistance from the ILO. "We've discussed about its support and cooperation to materialise our goal to achieve a standard ensuring workers' rights."
