Revised results of admission test for Dhaka University Faculty of Science, or ‘Ka’ unit, for the 2019-20 academic year were published yesterday. According to the results, 13,685 students passed this year with a pass rate of 15.93 percent. Earlier, a result published on October 20 said 11,207 candidates jointly passed in the MCQ and written portion of this test with a pass rate of 13.5 percent. The DU administration postponed the results a few hours later over inconsistencies in the published result. Detailed results of the test can be found on the admission.eis.du.ac.bd website. 16321 and sending to 16321. The result will be sent in return SMS, said a DU press release. Students who pass the Ka-unit admission test will have to fill in the ‘Detailed Form and Subject Selection Form’ from the website between October 28 and November 11.

Students applying for different quotas will have to collect the ‘Quota Form’ from the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Science from October 28 to November 3 and submit it to the same office as appropriate. Applications can be made at the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Science from October 28 to November 3, subject to the fee paid to monitor the results.

It is to be noted that the admission test for the 1st year (honours) of the ‘Ka’ unit was held on Friday, September 20. Under the Faculty of Science, the total number of seats in the ‘Ka’ unit is 1,795.
