Ruhul Amin has recently been appointed as chairman of Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Corporation (Petrobangla), the company said in a press statement.

The ministry of public administration issued a gazette signed by Deputy Secretary Mohammed Abdul Latif in this regard.

Earlier, Ruhul Amin served as divisional commissioner of Chattogram division.
