A special tele-drama titled ‘Durga O Bon Jyotsnar Galpo’ will be aired tomorrow at 9:05pm on NTV, on the occasion of Durga Puja. With the screenplay written by Anurup Aich, the tele-drama is directed by Simanta Sajal.

Alongside Irfan Sajjad and Tanjin Tisha in the lead roles, the tele-drama also includes Sharmili Ahmed and Ziaul Hasan Kislu, among others, in two important characters.

In the story of the tele-drama, writer Sagotam reaches to a lonesome Dak Bunglow in a forest outside the city, in search of a new subject for his writing. The old caretaker of the Bunglow, Haripad assigns her daughter, Durga to take care of Sagotam. Durga cooks foods on schedule, and even sometimes makes tea for the writer.

While sitting for writing, Sagotam starts searching something new in his mind. But he doesn’t find anything suitable. Sagotam now asks Durga what can be found in this forest. The smell of green, invisible joy and rhythm of life are found in this forest, Durga replies. The story moves forward from this point.

Sajjad plays writer Sagotam while Tisha enacts the role of Durga in the tele-drama.
