The second meeting of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Land was held yesterday at the Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Bhaban with committee chairman Mohammad Mokbul Hossain in the chair.

Committee members – Land Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury, Md Habibur Rahman, Umme Fatema Nazma Begum, Anwarul Azim Anar and Md Aminul Islam attended the meeting, said an official press release.

Acting land secretary, senior officials of the ministry and JS secretariat were also present, the release added.
