ASM Feroz Alam has been re-elected as the chairman of Premier Leasing Seccurities Limited, the company said in a press statement.

He was re-elected as chairman at the 53rd meeting of the board of directors of the company held in the capital recently.

Alam also is the vice chairman of Mercantile Bank Limited. He is a sponsor and former chairman of Premier Leasing and Finance Limited, the statement added.
