A Dhaka court yesterday set May 23 for the next hearing in case filed against BNP leader Barrister Moudud Ahmed for amassing illegal wealth and concealing statement about his assets.

Judge Dr Sheikh Golam Mahbub of Dhaka special judge court-6 set the date, allowing a time plea filed for the former law minister. The defence filed the plea, saying Barrister Moudud is unwell and could not appear before the court.
