Coffee World, one of the Dhaka city’s elegant franchise coffee shops, has opened its new outlet at Banani in the city. The newly launched outlet is offering different types of coffee and beverages along with its new line of sandwiches and salads. Besides enjoying the dining-in service along with free Wi-Fi, anyone can order Coffee World’s food items via Foodpanda and Hungrynaki sitting at home or office. In the launching ceremony of this new outlet, Sonia Farzana Islam, General Manager of Human Resources and Imtiaz Karim, Chief Procurement Officer of Ascent Group were present there along with the Coffee World team to welcome the guests yesterday. Siragis Salekin, Deputy Manager, Operations, Etcetera Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd, spoke to DhakaLive about the new location, “This new location is quite a cozy one. Since the demand has been quite high in this area, the new outlet has been opened. Since Coffee World is a franchise, the team and staff selection is done according to the franchise guidelines. Main focus is always on customer service.” Sonia Farzana Islam said, “We always focus on training and development to maintain standards. We believe in quality products and quality services. We always aim to exceed our own standards.”
Imtiaz Karim told, “This is a cozier relaxed outlet. Coffee lovers do not necessarily want to lounge. Coffee is always on the go. In this outlet, they’ll not only get the quality coffee, but they will also be able to lounge.” Coffee World, run by Etcetera Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd. (A concern of Ascent Group), is an established and popular brand in food industry in Dhaka since 2006 for its unique types of coffee beverages and a variety of food and dessert items. Besides this new one, it has three more outlets at Dhanmondi 27, Banani 11 and Uttara Jasim Uddin road. Banani outlet: House 65, Road 27, Block K (Next to Banani playground).
