Three held with heroin
Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) detained three alleged drug traders with heroin in Kasiadanga area under Rajpara police station in Rajshahi on Wednesday night, RAB sources here said yesterday. The arrestees were Shuklal, 26, Sentu, 50, and Hossain Ali, 20. On a tip-off, a team of the elite force raided in the area around 10.30 am and arrested drug trading gang and seized 190 grams of heroin from their possessions. The detained persons along with the seized goods were handed over to police after recording a case in this connection this morning.
New healthcare service

A renowned physician of Bangkok Hospital Dr Shakti R Paul at a statement said it is very important to preserve a health profile of each patient. The data preserved in the health profile will be of a great use to the physicians at home and abroad,” said Dr Shakti R Paul. The other regular healthcare services provided by Bangkok Hospital include, reviewing and updating health profile, emergency heath card, referral service, telemedicine, tele-radiology, medical evacuation and health seminar. Dr Nilanjon Sen, managing director of Life & Health programme, and Dr Tanvir Habib, head of Chittagong office of Life and Health prorgramme, also attended the press conference.
