A Saudi national has found the decomposed body of a Bangladeshi pilgrim in his 40s in a valley in Mina. Evidence indicates that he lost his way and died in the valley, reports Arab News. The Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution and the Makkah police are dealing with the case. The citizen told the security agencies on Tuesday that he had come across the body of a male pilgrim wearing ihram. The body was in one of the valleys of Al-Muaisem, near Aziziah-Sharae Road or the new King Khaled Road, in a state of partial decomposition. The pilgrim died during Hajj, said police. His body has been taken to King Faisal Hospital in Makkah, for a postmortem. The ID bracelet on his arm gave his name and nationality.
