Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has greeted Leader of the Opposition Begum Raushan Ershad, PM’s Special Envoy and Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, reports UNB. The Prime Minister extended her greetings by sending Eid cards to them separately yesterday, said PM’s Deputy Press Secretary Ashraful Alam Khokan.
He said on behalf of the Prime Minister, her Protocol Officer Khurshid-ul-Alam handed over an Eid card to the Leader of the Opposition’s Assistant Private Secretary Sujaul Islam at Raushan Ershad’s Jatiya Sangsad Office at 2.50 pm.
The protocol officer earlier took an Eid card to HM Ershad’s parliament office at 2.45 pm. The former President’s Assistant Private Secretary Monjurul Islam received the card.
On behalf of the Prime Minister, a delegation of Bangladesh Awami League went to BNP’s Nayapaltan Office at 5.30 pm and handed over an Eid card.
