CHATTOGRAM: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in separate drives arrested five alleged drug traders with 80,000 pieces of yaba tablets from different area in the city and district yesterday, reports BSS. The arrestees are Abir Hossain, 25, Sabbir, 22, Mohammad Tanjil, 19, Helal Uddin, 23, and Akmotullah, 18. Based on secret information, separate teams of RAB-7 arrested Helal and Akmol from DT road area in the city with 60 thousand pieces of yaba tablets in the morning. Rab team also arrested Abir, Sabbir and Tanjil early yesterday morning from Zorarganj thana sadar area of the district and recovered 20,000 pieces of yaba tablets from their possession, a RAB press release said. Separate cases were filed with respective police stations.
