Popular actress Arifa Parvin Moushumi-starrer latest film ‘Ratrir Jatri’ has received an uncut censor certificate from the Bangladesh Film Censor Board.
Directed by Habibul Islam Habib, the film was sent to censor board recently and the film was screened on Censor Board on this Monday. Finally, the film received an uncut Censor Cerficate on Tuesday.
The shooting of the film started in 2015, which took place in BFDC, Gazipur and other places. Initially, the film was set to release last year, but it was delayed due to various reasons.
Director Habib said, “We had to face many problems to complete the shooting of ‘Ratrir Jatri’. At last, we could complete the shooting overcoming many obstacles.”
About releasing the film, he said, “Our target is to release the film in upcoming Eid-ul-Azha, and we are taking necessary preparation accordingly.”
Anisur Rahman Milon acted opposite Moushumi in the film, while Salauddin Lavlu, Samrat, Naila Nayem, Marjuk Rasel and Aruna Biswas have also been included in casting.
The plot revolves around a boy and a girl who fall in love, but the girl is forced to move from her village. Moushumi will be seen playing the role of the young girl, named Moyna. The girl comes to the railway station as a passenger at night. The story moves forward from this point.
