Shahadat Hossain Rajib’s parents came to Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) yesterday afternoon. They met with BCB officials and talked with them regarding their son’s affair. Rajib alongside his wife went into hiding since Sunday night. Shahadat’s father and mother were seen to go at BCB cricket operation and talked with its national manager Sabbir Khan for half-an-hour. Later he was reluctant to make comment on his talking issue.
After talking with Khan, they left the board with tearful eyes as they did not get any assurance from them. It is known that they claimed their son is not too bad. It is also known they were informed from the board that the law will go on its own ways. No player is available to comment on the issue but they are embarrassed for Rajib’s brutal attitude toward his domestic help.   Shahadat and his wife were charged with brutally torturing their domestic help, Mahfuza Akhter Happy, who was now undergoing treatment at the one-stop crisis center of Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
