Actress Shahnoor is set to act her dream role as Chandramukhi in a new film titled ‘Kathgoray Sarat Chandra’ based on the creation of Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay. The film will be directed by Arifur Jaman, while Hashim Akhter Md Karimdad has written the screenplay and dialogue for the film.

Noted actor Gazi Rakayet will portray the role of Sarat Chandra, while actor Ferdous will be playing the character of Devdas and actress Popy will enact the role of Parvati in the film.

DhakaLive has news that Shahnoor has signed the film this Monday.

Shahnoor said, “I did not even imagine that I would get an opportunity of playing the role of Chandramukhi on the big screen. But I always dreamt of portraying this character. I did not realise that my dream would turn into reality this way. I am really thankful to the director and production house.”
