The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in association with Eastern University Computing Club (EUCC) and BD Apps recently organised a workshop on the Eastern University premises, says a press release.
The vision of the workshop was to create awareness of BD Apps developer platform. Pro VC of Eastern University Professor Dr. Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology Professor Dr. Mortuza Ali and the Chairperson of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering Dr. Md. Mahfuzur Rahman were present in the workshop. BD Apps team members, Amit Kumar Das from Digital Services, Robi Axiata Ltd. and Rifat Mahzabeen, Project Manager, Community Build-Up, Bangla Trac Miaki VAS Ltd. shared how students can register on BD Apps website and how easily they can create an app and earn money from the developed apps.
BD Apps is a platform presented by Robi Axiata Ltd. to developers and content providers to use the Robi network based features via shared APIs and monetize their efforts. The platform allows developers to use features based on BD Apps Pro, where the scripts to APIs are shared for them to create applications, whereas, BD Apps Lite comprise of pre-loaded applications for a content provider. The BD Apps Store presents the applications that are published for the benefit of the general people.
