Akbar comes back in music again

Ittadi famed talented singer Akbar, who was not seen under the limelight for over 10 years is coming back once again with two new songs titled ‘Matir Pori’ and ‘Kanamachi’ for the upcoming Eid. Both the songs composed and tuned by Mahfuj Imran while the music arrangement was done by Najmul Haque.   

Akbar is happy with his return in the music arena after a long break. “After a long time, I have sung songs which my heart desired. I felt peace in my soul when I lent my voice in the songs. The tune and the lyrics of the songs were truly amazing. I am really hopeful about these songs”, said this talented singer.

The singer was sick for a long time and had to take complete bed rest, which kept him away from the music industry. But he is completely fit now and planning to playback in films as well.

Akbar came into the music industry in 2003 with his performance at the noted magazine programme ‘Ittadi’ which is conceptualized,directed and anchored by Hanif Sanket. He grabbed the audience’s attention with the rendition of Kishore Kumar’s song ‘Ekdin Pakhi Urey’. Later, his original song ‘Tomar Hath Pakhar Batashey’ also became famous and was used in the film ‘Babar Jonno Juddho’.
