In this heat, there is nothing more refreshing than a cold glass of milkshake. Now, most of us normally make milkshake using malted or chocolate malt drink mixes, like Ovaltine and Bournvita. It can become boring sometimes to use the same old ingredients over and over again. So, I came up with my own biscuit and date milkshake recipe.
Ingredients
1 small packet of Oreo biscuits, or any other chocolate cream biscuits
5 dates
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
4 ice cubes
Method
Take your juice blender, pour the milk in and then drop the biscuits (broken into bits), dates, sugar and honey. Blend well in the mixer. Pour the blended mix into two glasses, and serve by putting ice cubes on top. You may garnish with chocolate chips or strands.
