RANGPUR: Students must acquire science and information communication technology (ICT)-based education and knowledge to flourish their talents in becoming well-skilled worthy citizens for leading the nation in future, reports BSS. Project Director (Additional Secretary) of the Teaching Quality Improvement-II in Secondary Education Project (TQI-II) of the Directorate of Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education Banamali Bhowmick said this at a fresher’s reception ceremony as the chief guest. Rangpur Government Teachers’ Training College (GTTC) authority organised the reception ceremony for the students of first semester B. Ed. (honours) for 2014-2015 academic session of the institution at its auditorium in the city on Friday afternoon. Principal of Rangpur GTTC Professor Akhter Banu presided over the ceremony participated by students of the B.Ed. first semester and second semesters, teachers, district and divisional level education officials and elite of the city.
