Police arrested a woman for allegedly killing her husband over family feud at Chandipur village in sadar upazila of the district yesterday. The arrestee was Surya Khatun, wife of Abdul Hakim, 55, of village Chandipur in sadarupazila of the district. Sub Inspector of Sarajgonj police camp said the victim Abdul Hakim and his wife Surya Khatun locked in altercation over a family feud in the morning. At one stage Surya Khatun attacked her husband with lethal weapon, leaving him dead on the spot. On information police rushed to the spot and recovered the body and sent it to the sadar hospital for autopsy.  Police also arrested Surya Khatun. A case was filed with Chuadanga police station.
