CHATTOGRAM: Police yesterday arrested a leader of Jamaat-e-Islami from Baroiarhat municipality area on charges of sabotage acts, reports BSS. Police said, being informed, a team of Jorarganj police led by Officer-in-charge Jahidul Kabir arrested Khairul Islam from Baroiarhat municipality area. Khairul has been wanted in various criminal cases  including involvement and financing to the sabotage activities on Dhaka-Chattogram highway, said the OC. He will be produced before the court on Monday, Jahidul Kabir added.
